Factory Reset Protection lock (Google FRP) or Reactivation Lock is a security feature that locks your mobile phone to prevent unauthorised access. An email address and password needs to be entered correctly to gain access to the phone.
If you have forgotten or or misplaced your password but want to continue using the handset you may need our Reactivation/FRP Lock removal service that will allow you to reset the phone to factory settings - no confusing video tutorials and no risky software to download.
Once you send in your IMEI to our unlocking team they will initiate the unlock and you will receive a unique user ID and password enabling you to reset your handset. This service usually takes up to 48 hours to complete. Please note that the phone will be wiped, no information will be stored.
